Instructions and Guidelines

Day 1 and 2 (Load Days) Take 15-20 drops of hcg morning, noon and evening. Eat as much as you want, especially high fat. It’s important to get the weight los drops  in your system before you start the diet plan.

You MUST do the reduced calorie diet plan a minimum of 23 days, where the last 3 days are without drops.  This means that phase 2 consists of a total minimun of 26 days (including the 2 Load Days) even if you reach your goal weight before this time. This re-sets your hypothalamus. Then follow phase 3 which is the maintenance plan

VERY IMPORTANT:

 

DO’S

Do take your potassium supplement 800-1000. This will used to keep your strength up during the VLCD

Do take a whole food multi-vitamin daily with food.

DON’TS
Do not take any fat soluble vitamins while you are following the 500 calorie  Diet Plan. For example, fish oil capsules or vitamin D supplements.

 

HOW TO TAKE the drops.

Use the dropper included and count out 15-20 drops. Make sure you count the drops carefully, you may need to use a mirror to help. Hold the drops in your mouth for one minute, then swallow. Wait 20 minutes before eating or drinking anything. Take the drops morning, noon, and night.

MAKE SURE YOU TAKE EITHER A POTASSIUM SUPPLEMENT

If your brain is used to so much glucose that you cannot concentrate well, try L-glutamine, the amino acid, which acts just like sugar in the brain.
